Boldly Me

I created this painting to show how strong and confident a person can be, even when they are seen in different ways. I was inspired by cubism because I love how it breaks things apart and puts them back together in a new way. I used sharp shapes and bold lines to give the face a powerful look.

The colors I chose—red, black, white, and gray—each have a meaning. Red stands for courage and boldness, black and gray show shadows and emotions, and white represents light and peace. I wanted the eyes to be very expressive, like they’re telling a story without words.

Even though it’s not a realistic face, it still feels real to me. It’s about being proud of who you are, even if you’re not perfect. I hope when people look at this painting, they feel inspired to see beauty in uniqueness and strength in being different.
